Find the story worth telling.

We find out what matters to your buyers, and use it to decide what your film should show, say and prove.

STORY WALL · SKINDLER VEST 0 NOTES
WHAT WE LEARNED · 0 NOTES
  1. What we learned: existing vests work, but the outdoor look is the obstacle. She wants warmth that fits what she already wears. We studied slimmer ways to build in the heat.
  2. Our read: looking well dressed is part of the benefit. The office temperature is somebody else's decision. The heating explains how; her day explains why.
  3. What we film: let the clothes look ordinary and the day tell the story. Her whole day, not just the cold moment: office, the subway, meeting friends outside a restaurant. The whole outfit and how it sits on her. Lead with everyday comfort, not maximum heat, and show the heating only where it helps.
  4. The film: Someone Else's Temperature.

Our own notes on the Skindler vest, a concept. What we learned, our read of it, and what we chose to film. The read is our judgment, not a finding, and the film shows the intended experience, not tested performance. The wall is a generated photo. Drag to scrub. See the film

What it changes in the film

We find outIt decides
What matters enough for this buyer to actThe central promise and the opening
What they dislike about the alternativesThe tension the story explores
The words and details that feel familiar to themDialogue, setting, casting, look
What would make them doubt the promiseThe proof the film has to show
Where they'll see the film, and what happens nextStructure, length, call to action

What you get

  1. The buyer to aim at, and when they buy, with the evidence and what is still assumed
  2. The promise to lead with, and the ones we ruled out
  3. The doubts the film must answer, and the proof you already have
  4. Two or three story directions, and the one we recommend
  5. A production brief and a testing plan you can use with any filmmaker

A short, practical document. It works for your website, sales deck and next campaign too.

What it uses

Your own customer material, public evidence and our analysis. AI tools help gather, sort and challenge it; a person writes the recommendation. Nobody new is interviewed or surveyed.

What it can't do

It gives you a better-supported decision. It can't prove the film will sell. And sometimes the answer is that your message is already right.

Then a film?

The $500 storyboard starts from this brief, so you don't pay for a brief twice. The research itself is a separate fee, not credited toward the film.
